After the show, stroll around the neighborhood passing the Town Hall and some other landmarks on the colorful walking street. Take short drive out of the city center to a less traveled district where we take another walk, but this time, through a compound of half century old apartments where daily life scenes are revealed in true sense. Stop at a corner and join the locals to have some shell fish dishes. We will discover how the those shell fish are cooked and served. This is good to experience as shell fish is Saigon’s most favorite evening snack.
To wrap up the evening, let’s hop to the next door back alley for an ice coffee or a cold drink while sitting close to local folks. You are free to open a conversation with someone around, many of the young locals speak English. You will have the feel of contemporary urban life. Get back to the hotel with your vehicle and end the tour.
